Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of max.easyyesoffer.io and anything you buy through it. Buying means you accept them. They are a contract with GrowthGods, LLC (“we”, “us”).

What you are buying

The Easy Yes Offer is a done-with-you product at $397 USD. It includes a one-to-one call on which your offer is built with you, plus the templates, scripts and bonuses listed on the sales page at the time of purchase.

It is not a course you work through alone, and it is not an agency service where we run your marketing for you. You do the selling. We build the offer with you and hand you the assets.

Your call

The call is booked from the calendar link you receive after purchase. To keep it useful for both of us:

• Complete the intake form before the call. Without it, the call is spent on questions you could have answered in five minutes.
• Reschedule at least 24 hours ahead if you need to. You can reschedule freely within that rule.
• If you do not show up and did not reschedule, we will offer you one more slot. After that the call is treated as delivered.

Refunds

30 days, no questions asked. Email support@easyyesoffer.com within 30 days of purchase and we refund you in full, whether or not you took the call and whether or not you used the templates. We will not ask you to prove you tried.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, and take as long as your bank takes. When a refund is issued, your access to the community and the downloadable assets ends.

What you may and may not do with the assets

The templates, scripts, sequences and frameworks are licensed to you, not sold. You may:

• Use them in your own agency, for as long as you like.
• Adapt them and use them to deliver work to your own clients.

You may not:

• Resell, republish or give away the assets as a product of their own.
• Share your community or account access with anyone else.
• Use them to build a competing course or training product.

Results

Any figures on the sales page — ours or anyone else's — are examples of what has happened, not a promise of what will happen for you. We do not guarantee any level of revenue, any number of clients, or any outcome at all. What you get out of this depends on your market, your offer, your delivery and how much of it you actually do.

Conduct in the community

If your purchase includes community access, keep it civil: no spamming, no pitching members, no harassment, no posting other people's paid material. We can remove access for breaking this, and a removal for cause is not refundable outside the 30-day window.

Liability

We provide the offer and the assets as they are. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us. We are not liable for lost profits or other indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Ending it

You can stop using the product at any time; the refund window is the section above. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms or charge back a payment you were not entitled to reverse.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you bought. Changes are dated at the top of this page.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and disputes go to the courts there. If you are a consumer somewhere that gives you the right to use your local courts, that right is not taken away.
