Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect when you visit max.easyyesoffer.io, buy the Easy Yes Offer, or book a call with us — and what we do with it. GrowthGods, LLC (“we”, “us”) is the controller of that information.

What we collect

When you buy

Your name, email address, and billing details. We never see or store your full card number. Card details are entered directly into Stripe, our payment processor, and stay with Stripe. We receive only a confirmation, the last four digits, and the card brand.

When you book a call or fill in the intake form

Your name, email, phone number if you give it, and the answers you give about your business so the call is not spent gathering basics.

When you just visit

Standard analytics: pages viewed, approximate location from your IP address, referring site, device and browser. This is collected through Google Analytics and the Meta pixel, described below.

Why we use it

• To deliver what you bought — the call, the templates, the community access.
• To take payment and issue refunds.
• To email you about your purchase: receipts, access details, booking confirmations and reminders.
• To send you marketing about our other offers, where you have not opted out. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link and we honour it.
• To understand which ads and pages actually lead to sales.

Cookies and tracking

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic and the Meta pixel to measure ad performance and to show ads to people who visited but did not buy. Both set cookies in your browser.

You can turn these off. Browser settings will block cookies; Google offers an opt-out add-on; and your Meta ad preferences control what Meta does with pixel data. Blocking them does not affect your purchase or your access.

Who we share it with

Only the services that make the offer work, and only what they need:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• HighLevel — our CRM: contact records, email and SMS, calendar bookings.
• Circle — the community, if your purchase includes access.
• Google Analytics and Meta — measurement and advertising.
• Vercel — hosting for this website.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Customer and transaction records for seven years, because tax rules require it. Marketing contacts until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete you. Analytics data on the retention schedule set in each platform, currently 14 months.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it, and you can tell us to stop marketing to you. If you are in the UK, EU, or a US state with a privacy statute such as California, those rights are backed by law and we will not charge you or treat you differently for using them.

Email support@easyyesoffer.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so we do not hand your data to someone else.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Payment data never touches our servers. Access to customer records is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise — but if a breach ever affects you, we will tell you.

Children

This is a business offer sold to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be emailed to customers.
